US Attorney General daily contradicts NJ US AG statement!!
US AGs Reno, Ashcroft and Gonzalez have all failed even to investigate patently criminal acts of state judges on the bench. In the USA Today, Money Section, Page 1, of today, Thursday 18 January 2007 a US Attorney for or in New Jersey, Christopher Christie made a claim unknow to him to be false, that the DoJ will prosecute any member of society as to criminal conduct.
Not Florida judges by the Clinton nor the Bush Adminstrations.
THIS IS A CALL FOR A SPECIAL PROSECUTOR TO INVESTIGATE THE CONDUCT OF ALL INVOLVED IN PROTECTING FLORIDA JUDGES FROM REQUISITE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATIONS AS A PART OF THE LONG-AWAITED CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION OF TOO MANY JUDGES OF FIVE SEPARATE FLORIDA COURT HOUSES INCLUDING THE ONE IN TALLAHASSEE.

yes but if the facts are undisputed then the facts have to be treated as true. If the facts are disputed then it has to be set down for an evidentiary hearing, which is generally not done.

A summary judgment hearing in Florida is with affidavits, certified copies and documents admissible premised on testimony as reflected in the affidavits. It is not and should not be an evidentiary hearing as it is to determine if there is a need to allow further proceedings.
All filings, if proper, are construed in favor of the opposing party and against the position that there is no true controversy implicit in the moving party's motion.

No evidentiary hearing is necessary but to suggest that you can deprive one party of the right to be heard at the time you eliminate their right to trial is wrong.
Surely that is not what hersko0 really meant. Maybe a response will be imminent from that quarter.

I have a lot of experience with local judges and lawyers who seemingly are able to trample due process rights and rules. the Supreme Court accepts UNsigned orders! They are all corrupt

Keep up the Good & Righteous Fight, Brother. People who think that truth and justice are effected in our courtrooms are ignorant, naive fools. Most cops, & lying lawyers, (especially lying prosecutor lawyers & lying judge lawyers) are criminals. We all know that lawyers are lying SOBs and yet we keep voting for them at the polls. Judges are (for the most part)lawyers that have received enough money (mostly through bribes and payoffs) to rise to the position of "Honorable" Judge! I can tell you from personal experience that ANY judge WILL sell justice,like a whore sells sex on a street corner,especially when politics are involved! 15,000 innocent people are convicted in this country every year due to many reasons,some of which are judicial.Recall the Duke LaCrosse team.If not for the media,those boys WOULD be in prison.

meaning "we are all related" hence what is happining to those of us whom have been violated by the corruption of our legal system has a direct effect on all of us. Lawyers , Judges, law enforcement , CPS workers whom continue to participate in violating the very laws they are hired to protect shall one day see how much damage to thier own way of life it will effect for we are all related and every bit of real truth shall come to light .
