Ooops,disregard that message. I am tired and confused. That was meant for someone else. Anyway,sounds like a good contest and a good cause. I would love to take the money being spent on the Iraq War and spend it on solving America's problems like unemployment,uninsured Americans,homelessness(too many mentally ill veterans are homeless due to not being properly cared for upon returning home),crumbling infrastructures,border security,airport security,improving public educational systems,etc.

I have been trying to download the green screen videos for the contest and the track for the song. All of these cause a new window to open with a Quicktime movie.
The black-and-white videos download correctly.

taosvideo, the links open a new page to the file stored on service called mediafire. Save the link to your desktop. The music file is ".mp3" and the videos are ".mov". If you open a new window and you see the QuickTime logo, you are not saving it, you are playing it. You need to save them to your desktop.

I'm confused. On the contest page the deadline is June 29, but on your web site it says June 22. Also, the announcement of the winner is set for different dates. You might want to clarify that.

I am a songwriter too, and every once in a while I come accross a song that completely humbles me, and I find it hard to write for a week or so. After listening to your song, I'll be lucky to get another line out in the next month. Fantastic job, clever, truthful, passionate, relevant and executed brilliantly. Having a voice that reminds me of Roger Daltry's empassioned deliverence of Tommy doesn't hurt either. I wish you a ton of success with this project!!

I come 2 your site 4 my daily fix. This song is re-enforcement of my beliefs. As a Canadian, I pay my small way of respect from highway overpass on our renamed Highway of Heroes, as many citizens, police, firemen, etc., flags waving, watch as our own are sadly brought back 2 our country, 2 their families from Afghanistan. It is not just a U.S. issue - Canada & other countries are in Afghanistan fighting & dying because of Bush.
