Very informative video! Thanks - I try to buy organic milk for ethical and taste reasons. I now know some of the health concerns as to why it is a good choice. Ever notice that organic milk lasts >1 month longer than non-organic milk? Wonder if it has to do with the bacterial flora in those cows that aren't fed antibiotics.

Awesome! Great and very eloquent video discussing a serious health truth. Raw Cow and Goat milk has been an ancient part of almost all civilizations.
But anouther truth is that:
Some 10-20% of humans that cannot handle raw milk or any other animal milks. For the rest of us it is a great addition to our HEALTH.

there is a HUGE difference between organic milk and raw milk. Organic milk goes through the exact same pasteurization process described in the video. RAW milk is just that. raw and straight from the cow. look for RAW not organic milk.

All the cows around me where I live (Swiss Alps) are grass fed, with some grain feed during the winter mostly. We get raw milk from our neighbor as we need it by the liter, one liter at a time. Raw milk goes bad by three days in the fridge, hence the reason for pasteurization. Pasteurization allows Americans to buy a whole gallon of milk, which last a week or more in the fridge.
