i was wonting2knw which thing should i downlod cuz
i am wonting2 add like wordsa .and chage the cloores with out chgeing the pic and i wont it on my desktop
so when i sing on to my account on the comper and it goes2my thing i wont2be able2go to start and just chik on it.

Picasa is really awesome it's my faveourite photo organising program and this video showing off Picasa 3 just got me more excited. I'm downloading now. Photoshop and Picasa fit together like, as Forrest Gump would say, peas and carrots! I majorly edit photos in Photoshop or slightly edit them right in picasa then I enjoy them all in Picasa, it's great! Thanks Google!

I love MacOS X, but I also LOVE Picasa. Its the ONLY reason I ever fire up my PC. Come on guys, don't be afraid of pissing off Apple; Jobs will get over it. You have the Linux version, now release the OSX version!

This is awesome guys..thanks for sharing this...it was recommended by my cousin who's a computer analyst,i was wondering why he is using this program ,after explanning how it works and how easily you can manage your pictures i was amazed. Thank you and more power to you guys!!!

Picasa is MEDIOCRE at best. It lacks basic stuff for both newbies and experts. Its lame functionality and list of bugs is endless. Just because Google bought it doesnt make it good. They should make one from scratch, fire their 25yo-geek project managers and start hiring some vertical market pros as advisors. I don't care about their coding skills. They don't know jack about interfaces/features/functionality and this piece of junk is the proof. They left out over 50+ BASIC things (pro version?)

I'd be inclined to accept constructively some / all your comments, but my honest impression is that your criticism isn't positively motivated hence rendering most of it less than trivial frustrated grudges - completely out of context. My personal view of PICASA's positive - could be a little more robust and intuitive. As with everything in life - a question of further improving it. For the general public it's a tool that most people needed, far better than KODAK's EasyShare.

This is really nice peace of software, and for more advanced functions there is GIMP or Photoshop.

I think it's a nice tool and easy to use. My only gripe is that you can't reduce the size of a photo example: (1200x800 to 100x100)or else I'm doing something wrong...Help!
