im not sure where that is but in this country there is alot of high speed time trial racing on mountain circuit, you could call it rally, i guess they rather go hill climb with a v8 and big downforce since downhill dosent require as much power, i guess its near germany or something, its close to were bmws and mercedes were created thats for sure, anyways i dont know much and would like to know more, whats the name of this circuit for example

Low pressure under the car is still considered downforce!...if not: what else would you call it???
If it speeds up the air to create low pressure under the car, then yes...it's downforce!
That ground effect only exist on the 78-79 F1 cars is a myth!!!
You dont need veturi channels to create ground effect...you just need the undertray to be very close to the ground and the air to escape quickly!
