Release your fears, ease your burden and try to feel love, faith and hope. Don't think to much about your dreams, repent your bad deeds, and thank for your good ones. And hope for a better future. But be where u are always.

Try just watching your breathing. It helps your mind to focus on the most natural and accessible meditation tool you have at your disposal. It is easy for the first 10 seconds and then the mind starts to wander... a lot! Just keep bringing it back to your breathing. Learning to focus your mind without forcing it to happen helps to keep you calm and relaxed... mission accomplished. It takes a lot of practice and patience to see results, not just after one session. Good luck with it! :o)
