Let me say this in the nicest way, it's a CONCEPT ART, meaning it wont look the way it is interpreted on the video. Meaning that asuka, rei and misato WILL NOT look like that. In fact, if anything it is only for the outfits and how they will look on normal people. NOT THE ACTORS THEMSELVES!
