Video Description:
Had -7.50 on each eye, went smoothly, NO PAIN during or after and I see perfectly! Afterwards I felt as though I had a contact lense placed upside down in my eye for 8 hrs (uncomfortable I found, but NOT painful) some people may have had bad experiences but mine wasnt!

LASIK is finally all over the news and showed to be causing great concern. Google: LASIK FDA, LASIK SUICIDES, LifeAfterLasik, Lasik-Flap. The 95% success rate is bogus. We spoke in front of the FDA Panel this week telling them that there are about 10,000 hurt LASIK patients, not the reported 140 complaints they are stating. Anyway. Google: Brian Williams LASIK FDA NBC, LASIK CBS, LASIK ABC, LASIK CBC.

If 10,000,000 Americans have had LASIk and the FDA says there is a 5% dissatisfaction rate, that equates to 500,000 Americans being hurt. A much higher number than the 142 currently being reported. See what I mean about the Lies? I think the true number of eyes hurt is more like 25% of all eyes over a 10 year period. Remember, the FLAP never heals. It looks really uncomfortable when they push down on your eye with that thing to cut the cornea (1:30). Did it feel weird?
I'm glad you had a good experience! I'm getting one in two years and I'm kind of nervous...even though it's far away..

You can *restore your own vision*! No Lasik, no Lasek, no surgeries! Let me just say it again, you don't need no surgeries in order to fully restore your vision! You can do it yourself! I had -4.24 & -4.50 each eye only recently, and *I now have a perfect vision*! A good friend of mine is on his way to restoring his! But, what if, a patient takes the LAW into their own hands, now ruined and suicidal feeling there is nothing to live for? Doesn't this create an "x" factor for the Lying LASIK Doctors to think about? Does safety now come before money for once? Only time will tell. Basically, the Lying LASIK Doctors have lied in order to save a lawsuit, while pushing the patient past the Statute of Limitations to sue them which is about 2 years usually, all while ruining his patient's eyesight and life.

ianmnotp it doesn't for the first 3-6 years but then your eye sight gets worse and the laser slowly starts to worsen and you canot have it removed !!

that part wasnt painful u just feel pressure....the only part i cud feel and smell (dead skin) was when the flap was sealed with heat... he had to pause every now and then to let it cool down...

the nerves is up to u to calm down...if uve done ur research u will know wot ur getting urself into....theres a small light u are asked to keep looking at so ur eye doesnt move around....i felt like i was moving around alot but apparently i wasnt...u just need to concentrate on the light and leave the rest to the doctor its all u can do.... the nerves are excessive

You may need reading glasses when you are in your 40's was what I was told. I really do not give a damn, I am glad I had this done and I am enjoying my sight and my freedom from glasses and contacts right now!! Whoo Hooo!

INCORRECT...The Lying LASIK Quacks are falsifying "success rates" stating a 95.4% success rate, when it is more like 45.9%!! The FDA even held an Emergency LASIK Panel on April 25th, 2008 to discuss this. The reason post LASIK patients are so upset with their Lying LASIK Quack of a doctor, is because they are finding out about all of the lies...all of the lies so that the Lying LASIK Quack could steal $5,000 bucks not even caring if their patients go blind (and many are going blind from LASIK)

Yes, but the LASIK doctors are ALL CHARLATANS...you are absolutely misrepresenting and misdefining "Success Rates" stating a 95.4% success rate however YOU the Doctor/Asking the patient for $5k...Why don't you tell the truth to your patients for once in your life! Why don't you tell them the FLAP never heals, permanently scars a perfectly healthy cornea, only lasts for a short time, and leaves about 1,000,000 Americans ruined with no recourse...Be a man, and practice the f..n Hippocratic Oath!
