Video Description:
Unprovoked attacks by Los Angeles police. From the counter-protest called by ANSWERLA.org to protest a Minutemen march in Hollywood on July 8, 2006.
Man in white shirt on left walks towards police, is clubbed. Others are clubbed, person in wheelchair knocked over. Screams of "he's mentally retarded." Officer on bike deliberately smashes into two people standing there videoing. Other cops club them, even after they're on the ground. After several seconds of them not moving, cop clubs them again and is pushed back by another cop.

the just cause is disorderly conduct. Obviously, this is not a peasable assembly and who are we to say that they are "blindly going into a protest and knocking people over". We didn't get to see anything before that point, so we dont even know they were there, for all we know the cops are completely justified in arresting those people, especially the ones in a fist fight. assult is the threat of harm causing a person to be weary of it battery is the action. so1/2 of those people committed assult

justify how the sargent took a swing at the subject laying subdued on the ground at 54 seconds. true, it may have been a disorderly protest, but said subject was quite apparently the subject of use of excessive force.
