Blowing On Cartridges= BAAAAAAD IDEA!
It only works for a short time because there is so much spit on the pins that it conducts electricity. However, overtime it only gets worse and worse.

While blowing on the cartridge might remove some dust, the moisture of your breath will cause corrosion. Instead of blowing, use a cleaning kit, or something of a similar material!
You happened to be one of the few i have seen who knows about how bad it is to blow on your cartridge, although your reason is slightly off.

Well, you definitely explained it much more efficiently. Thank you for that one. :) I broke 2 NES systems in the past. One was broken from using dirty game cartridges. What I recommend to others is using 71% rubbing alcohol and some qu-tips to get the job done. Just simply dip your cotton in the liquid and then wipe the interior pins. Then you're ready to go.
But here's why blowing is bad. The cooper statue of liberty turned green from air. Cooper pins? Same result with blown air.

I had quite a bit of experience with the NES 2 in 1997, and yes, it performed a lot better than the original NES. What was the port on the bottom of the original NES used for? Too bad the NES 2 doesn't have A/V out, and only had an RF out? I'm pretty sure the NES 2 was released in Australia, I know a PAL version of the NES 2 existed, that's the version I used. Thanks for using the Zelda music at the end of the video.

the only reason why ,m turn back to my pal toaster model nes, is the fact that it has clean a/v out, wich the nes 2 all the way lacks.
also the reception of my nes2 is very poor with distorbed sound since my vcr,tv is pal based.
i only use my nes 2 for a while to speedup pal games and to play different region games on it.
the controllers looks great but the rigular controller feels much much better!!!!!!!!!!

Love the video. My older sister actually got one when it was released around that time due to the classic model's fatal flaw. It was nice that I ended up inheriting it from her two years ago. I really love this model for it consistently working. Pretty informative stuff.

thanks for the video. i didnt know this myself until know. i love the nes and ive got a lot of games and ive heard of the "top loader" but i always believed that was like some attachment for the nes and not a nes2.
