| Ive hyped this song to anyone who would listen. Ive been with PJ since Dry was released, and this album is not so much a difference in tone as in attitude- youre getting a glimpse of what the sound of resolve is. Dear Darkness has the lyrical genius of Elliot Smith combined with the cadence of a European deathmarch. I find it uplifting and finally granting that glimpse of ephemeral that many of us have been waiting for. |
