I do that whole eating 4 packets of bicuits in one day thing but it never really effects me afterwards. I never have to worry about gaining weight either 'cause my body won't let me gain weight...
Type 2 is developed, is not genetic has been scientifically linked to too much sugar.
There actually have been genes found to predispose type 2 diabetes, but also other factors such as diet and obesity. It is really a complex disease that a lot is still not known about. It does seem that insulin resistance plays the major role.
There are a lot of weight loss teas out there that act as either laxatives or guarantee weight loss by increasing your metabolism etc...do you recommend any of these teas? Like Oolong (Wu-yi)or green tea (What type of green tea? Which brand is best and from which country or continent?
Also is it ok to go on a severe diet for the first two weeks and slowly reintroduce foods back, or is that just wrong altogether?
