The outthere brothers sings a song called boom boom boom so before I heard this whole turbo jams video that's the song I thought it was but I'm sorry that's not it. It could be the vengaboys.

i know really do you know when it does or did they not say yet i wanna keep partying with the workout its alot of fun i got the set this summer and worked out probably 3-4 times a day its so fun.

U think it sucks...? That's cool. You're entitled to your opinion. But after viewing a few of your videos, I formed the same opinion about your methods. Your style probably works great for some people and I'm sure they love it. But this workout works great for me & a lot of other people too. Customers don't buy this workout because they want to learn the correct way to kick ass; they just wanna burn lots of calories in a fun way. And that's what this workout does.

I can say this because...I TEACH. What I teach is not"learning to kick ones ass" its burning calories and tone up the RIGHT WAY. Anyone can "Burn calories" Just walk or run. To me this video is nothing but a dance class, trying to be kickboxing. Take my advice, if u want a REAL workout vid, P90X is ur answer!! Its on YouTube! Check it out! Its the way one should train. Hope I was helpful.
