Hello. I believe the Bible because I have researched it. I don't believe in myths because there's no evidence that they are true. Romans 5:8 describes God's love, but you first have to understand what wretched sinners we are and that we deserve to spend eternity in hell. Can you please tell me where it says that if you work on sunday you should die? Read Genesis 47 to understand what the Bible calls slavery. Now my advice to you: Never follow anything blindly, only a fool will do that.

brandtelope. Yes indeed the bible has been researched, extensively. And it's been found to be a collections of myths, stories, bigotries and laws of it's time. The bible isn't a history book. The story of Jesus is simply the re-telling of the "hero" myth that we see in many other religions and beliefs. The christian holidays we have now are pagan holidays dressed up to look like they relate to god and jesus.
