Xbox Live Corrupt Profile "Microsoft"

UPDATE: The only way to fix a corrupt profile is to delete and recover you're gamertag, but do NOT Delete if you do not remember the email to you're account's password. And ALSO!! DO NOT CHANGE YOU'RE GAMERTAG when you have a corrupt profile. I made the wrong decision and tried it, and ended up losing yet another 800 Microsoft Points, and my Sketch123 account. When I changed my Gamertag and signed out and back in it said my account could not be retrieved it was being used on another console.
Some Information Explaining what a corrupt profle is, what it does, and how to "POSSIBLY" fix it. :
It's pretty much like Xbox not being able to validate your account information, "Saved Games" "Achievements" "Future Achievements" Anything else saved. I lost all my 1000 achievements, and my Halo 3 Armors; I had them all. Anyways either deleting then recovering your profile, or removing your Xbox 360 HDD might help fix it, if that doesn't work then im out of ideas, call Microsoft. Hopefully that helped.
My Corrupt profile on xbox live.....I woke up and literally this was all I saw... No gamerscore, no achievements, my friends list remained in tact. I cannot download off xbox marketplace, I PURCHASED 1400 Points and I tried to download the new Halo 3 map pack but it didn't work...... Microsoft please do something about this glitch I'm not the only one who has had this problem.

I had 1035 gamerscore, then I got 1200 something gamerscore for getting achievements from Crackdown, and then i connected to xbox live and recovered my gamertag and it went back to my old gamerscore and it didn't even say I had played Crackdown either. Please Help.
any ideas about how can I fix it?

I Updated to the "New Xbox Experience" and created an avatar bought a 120 Gig hard drive because my last one was corrupted or fried, but after I turned it off then turned it on a few hours later everything was gone, my Avatar, My scores My xbox Live account I went to my Memory and it said "CORRUPTED PROFILE" but when I try to recover it it says "It can't because the HDD is not inserted correctly, thats bull shit because it clearly states my 107gig of free space help
