i just signed up for this account because of jigz737. dont listen to this guy (jigz737 you are blind). he doesnt know that the supra has been de-regulated by every gt-1 circuit in this world except the supr gt class in the jdm. look we have played on your gt-1 and t-1 circuits and have ran circles around saleen and rousch rnd(research and dev).

jigz737 here comes more son. supras and nsx's have been retired after the first year of competing in US and Euro gt-1 and t-1 because we have not only beat (but raped) saleen on its own domestic tracks 7saleens, 10zo6 to 1nsx and it shat on them. Right after that year nsx was retired from US t-1 because of sheer dominance on the track. Go ask team realtime and peter cunningham(driver of the comptech t-1 nsx).

It's actually supposed to be at least 420HP, to keep up with the new competition. (Challenger, new Camaro) But it's not until 2010, just like the new Camaro. I will enjoy seeing that. Although I do wish Supras would be brought back...they are beasts when they are modded up, but then again so are PROPERLY tuned Mustangs.

sorry to break it to you deepengrave, but the mustang is supercharged. cant you hear it? and it still lost. the supras are turbo'ed stock anyways, so why wouldnt it have a turbo in a stock race :S
im not here just to slag off the mustang though, i run an MG ZT with a Roush Mustang V8 and its pretty good, just lacks a bit of power compared to something like a HKS tuned Supra...

"turbos are the only reason those cars are fast"...a turbo, compared to some incredibly over-sized american V8 that is usually highly underpowered for the massive displacement it has (another typical crappy american vehicle trait)...tail happy american garbage, with extremely poor build quality i might add. american companies don't seem to know how to properly extract maximum power from their engines...
