I would gladly trade you my WRX for it then.
If I payed that much for a car I would drive it alot. Fuck resale value. Not mention the less you drive a car, the more long term damage it can incur. That motor is meant to see 8000 rpm's regularly. Just letting it sit in your garage is a waste of Porsche engineering.

The "pseudo-sport" of drifting involves sliding a car around on a big open bit of track.
Driving well and using the car's power to create understeer to line up an exit from a corner is very good driving -- most "drifters" could not do what this guy's doing here.

nice try, but its oversteer buddie... understeer is when you lose traction on the from wheels... and he was using the powerover technigue while side stepping the clutch.

this isnt drifting, this is just a series of power overs, this may be class in america were u no talent idiots do that sort of shit, stop ruining drifting for everyone, coming out of a corner sideways is only half the drift, the other half is drifting into the corner as well... durr!!

the fastest way around a corner is without drifting. Its not spectacular, but fast. And Tim Schrick is faster than 99.999% of all drivers.

the way he is driving in this vid is not the fastest way,he gets spectacularly sideways at the exit of the corners. that aint the fast way. I am not tryn to say im beta driver then him, its just not drifting

might want to think about a 951 or 944S, you wont be happy with a 944 n/a unless you do alot of mods. I just sold a 84 944 n/a really cheap, it was fun but not fast enough for me. I'm getting a 928 for my next porsche purchase ;)

yes, but i wanna do a motor swap... it sounds bad but either ls1 or 2jz. i have experience with supra motors so it might be a little easier... heck maybe SR20?

Tim himselfs says the car allows you to destabilize the rear axle even before the corner, so i'd say that's drifting. And this piece of driving isn't about being fast but about to have as much fun as possible, and i've got a impression, the CGT may be the most enjoyable supercar ever made, and the way, how it offers all the performance to the driver must be unique at all.
