I,m 63 years old and saw him play his first game in the old Montreal Forum and many more. I've seen many great players, Lafleur, Cournoyer, Beliveau, Dryden, Lemieux and Gretzky but Boby Orr was the most exciting to watch.

Orr won the scoring title twice. In between those years of winning the title, he came in 2nd to team-mate Esposito 4 times.
Has any player in any sport had a year like Orr's 1970 ? I think not. He won in 1970:

Canadian Athlete of the Year
Sports Illustrated Athlete of the year
Plus/Minus Award
1st Team All Star Selection
No player in NHL history has won these awards over an entire career, let alone 1 season.

135 Pts in 74-75 Too bad Tony O got hot in the first 3 game series. Could of been Bruins Flyers again. At this point his left knee was shot. HTF did he score 135 in 74-75 then only play 10 games 75-76. Too Bad! He should of won Hart in 74-75. Come on media voters???
