"This is a demonstration from Werneck Jiu Jitsu Academy open house in Sacramento, California, in 2003. Five minutes before the open house started, Cassio Werneck asked Tyrone Glover and Derek DiManno to perform an impromptu demo. The techniques included some of their favorite tournament techniques. gr33ndestLny, if you could kick him in the face, the leg lock was pretty badly applied. You shouldn't be able to get anywhere near his face plus a proper leg lock comes on so quick you're in pain before you can do anything about it.

I said he was overrated. Which he is. The only examples of his actual prowess are his boxing title and a second-hand recounting of an incident on a movie set where he beat the crap out of an attendant who was mocking him.
What physical attributes are you referring to? Because contortionists can fit themselves into tiny boxes, and weightlifters can lift amazing amounts of weight. Neither makes them a decent fighter.
