Paris Hilton is now a free woman. She left a southern California jail early this morning after serving more than 3 weeks there for violating probation in a reckless driving case. She reportedly walked out waving and smiling at the nearly 200 reporters waiting for her. Hilton enthusiastically hugged her mom and joined her parents for the car ride home. The hotel heiress is scheduled to appear on CNN's "Larry King Live" on Wednesday for her first post-jail interview.
Rosie O'Donnell says she won't take over as host of "The Price is Right." She reportedly met with the game show's producers recently but rejected the offer to take on the role. O'Donnell announced on her website she doesn't want to move her family across the country....she and her family currently live in New York and the show tapes in Los Angeles. O'Donnell also said in the posting that she doesn't need a job right now because she's not in need of money.
Lindsay Lohan's Mom says her daughter will continue treatment following her time in rehab. Dina Lohan tells People magazine the actress is doing well in a southern California facility and she'll do the extended care program when she checks out. That program reportedly helps people transition back into society with group therapy and a 12 step process. Her mom also says she plans to visit Lindsay to celebrate her 21st birthday on July 2nd.
Pop star Madonna now has another mansion to call home. She and husband Guy Richie reportedly bought their sixth house. The London home was apparently bought for 12 million dollars and has 10 bedrooms. The property is right next door to where they currently live with their kids.
Celebrity couple Kate Moss and Pete Doherty are the new faces of Roberto Cavalli. They've reportedly been paid a six figure sum to appear in two promotional campaigns for the fashion designer. Moss has been modeling for Cavalli for two years and Doherty was recently hired to represent the autumn and winter men's clothing line. There's no word on when the ad campaign will come out.
