For a truly fair and balanced view of the Arab/Israeli conflict from a historical perspective, I strongly recommend the works of Tom Segev, a Jewish historian born, raised, and living in Jerusalem. "1967" and "One Palestine, Complete" are two good ones to start with.
but really, propaganda goes both ways. there's a shitload of propaganda for side A, shitload of propaganda for side B, and a tiny fraction of people who actually try to understand both sides. BUT most people live *LOCAL* lives (doh!) and so aren't able to acheive this status or understand this.
This video is funny, it accuses Israel of propaganda, but this video is itself propaganda. it even have a soundtrack with scary music playing when it talks about Israel and sad music when it talks about the Palestinians.
