When he said "Save to Desktop" he ment thats where he saved it to. So when you upload it to Tinypic,Photobucket,etc. you just go to browse and go to desktop then hit okay and it should upload it may vary depending on which photo hosting site you use.

you save it on something like photobucket, get the link and then put it in an image code, put the image code in a link code; Image code goes where text usually goes, link stays in same spot. (HTML)

now you upload it to a site like photobucket to have it on line, and then get the code to put it on myspace or other music forums. But make sure you link it properly to where you want it to go.
