i love this! this exact bit is on his "rant in e minor" album! bill was a comedy genius! too bad he didn't get to see the george jr. administration (which is ending soon thank goodness!) he would have had been incredulous at the obvious bullshit he'd see, and write some spectacular comedy about it!
