* Have We not expanded for you your breast?
* And We removed from you your burden,

* And We exalted for you your reputation?
*With Hardship, comes ease.
*Surely with Hardship, comes ease.
*So when you have finished (with your immediate task), still strive hard, (then toil),
*And to your Lord turn (all) your attention.
Find internal peace and contentment. Take care of yourself. Love yourself!

5- Demek ki, gerçekten zorlukla beraber kolaylık vardır.
6- Gerçekten güçlükle beraber kolaylık vardır.
7- Şu halde boş kaldığın zaman, durmaksızın (dua ve ibadetle) yorulmaya-devam et.
8- Ve yalnızca Rabbine rağbet et.
