breakfastisready: America is tired of the same ole politics and the same ole washington games. We've been at war for seven years, Bin Laden is still making tapes, the economy is sinking, gas prices are high, and health care is unafforable. The country is excited because Obama stands against the politics of the current administration. The status quo is scared of change, so they slander him in order to diminish his shine. I can't belive people think that Obama can fuck up worse than Bush.

I agree with you mrbronze013 NOBODY and I do mean NOBODY can mess up worse than BUSH!!! The only reason why Obama has a chance to win this election is because Bush fucked up soooo BAD!!! Think about it if John Kerry would have won in 04 then the economy would be this bad and we wouldn't still be in war. Therefore, it wouldn't be a need 4 change. And this whole "inexperience" argument is crazy. Can you name a job that can prepare a person to be president? Everyone who takes office is a rookie at first.

Okay, I'll bite. Maybe getting caught in Vietnam doesn't make you dumb, I'll give you that much. But, isn't it ironic that someone who prides themselves in the expertise of war becomes a prisoner of war...? Think about that for a while; just let it sink in. If McCain was a "hero" why are the Vietnam Vets. all supporting Obama?
And, why are the Vietnam Vets saying that John McCain is a "FRAUD" and that he "traded information to the enemies" and calling McCain a "traitor to the U.S."?
They were there, we were not.
