A Spartan Helmet uses 15 pages of card stock and 10 hours of work. A Lancer takes up 35 sheets and about 25 hours of work x(.

makes sense if you use this method. as the gun is way more detailed and complecated, even though the armour is larger, most of it is covered up by the actor. i was thinking of using a nerf gun like everyone else is doing or maybe even pbc pipeing for the halo 3 rocket launcher. but yeah it takes a LOONNGG time to make armour and props using this method, and compared to there other vids its the most expensive but man does it look awsome when your done XD

It's all in the same place. Join the 405th. They give great advice, here's the pep index, it contains pretty much all armors and weapons that people have developed in pepakura thus far. This includes the Hayabusa armor perms and even the spartan laser .
