It's Sharon's hair. With her hair pulled back her facial features seem more prominant, but when her hair is around her face, her facial features seem smaller and closer together.
It's an optical illusion.

They came to Chile this summer but I didn't know them. I've been listening to their music since November and I just can't get enough. "Memories" is my favorite song, it's a sad song but I love it and the video, too.

No, I don't think they edited the video. Sharon in both bodies look very natural and realistic. They did put make up, but they couldn't have done anything too far to change their faces. monkeyboyiv has answered me anyway.

I'm not going to say "they are gothic" or "they're not gothic. Just know that a lot of their songs are diverse in style/genre/theme. So it's hard to classify them to a specific genre. I, personally, think they are more symphonic metal/rock, at least currently. But, I honestly think WT SHOULD BE its OWN Genre because they're ORIGINAL and UNIQUE like no other band out there, but that's just me. I think, though, that other people would also agree with me with this, so yeah...

they are far from being called gothic rock so if someone is saying that they are gothic they dont know what the hell their talking about.
and yes I too think WT are in they're own genre, if theres any band that can be considered in the genre with them its evanescence since Sharon and amy lee sound so much alike and both have A-M-A-Z-I-N-G voices, but I'm kind of losing my interest in evanescence they are still awesome but I cant really get into their songs anymore

The media calls them gothic metal, but WT never seem to class themselves as such (I know their myspace says Gothic, but I think that's because Gothic has become a catch-all term for various sub-genres)
