the admin had sv_cheats set to 1 so I typed "thirdperson" in the console. To get back to first person simply type "firstperson" in the console.

Sorry for late reply, but It wouldn't function very well. Everybody who joins your server would have to download "A Fistful of Frags" and extract the materials to tf2. Its really not worth the hassle.
