i gotta say, Hetfields voice has kind of lost that harshness it used to have you know? If you listen to death magnetic and then master of puppets or even the black album, his voice used to be way harsher, and i gotta say i preferred it that way. Metallica still kick arse though!!!

Yall, bands aren't better than each other. Their just different. The think that counts is that each band is expressing them selves and if you asked metallica or pantera they would say that they are just trying to express themselves.
