| its the spot you can't see looking forward, left or right or your mirrors, its between the side of the car (behind you) and the line of sight of the side mirror. Looking at that window behind the front side door is where the blind spot is. A bike or even a car can hide there, so you must check it. |

| I'm usually real good about checking my blind spot after checking my mirror when making a lane change or turn to the right, but the man in the video brought up a great point about having to do the same thing when merging into the middle of the street to make a left turn. This is just as important because there might be another car behind you who always wants to turn left and they may already be in that lane. |

| After failing my first test for going up on the curb i watched these videos and they helped a lot! Today i passed my test with only 2 points off! One thing to remember that i got a point off for is i was in a middle turn lane turning left and i had my wheels turned before i started moving, the guy said that if i was rear ended i could go into oncoming traffic, so just get control of your nerves and it is a really easy test. |

| keep up the practice, and watch these videos. the more practice you have the less chance the nerves will mess you up. Parents,Spouses etc. when practicing, be patient and dont show your nerves, it makes it worse for the beginner. have your new driver verbally tell you first what he or she will do next that way you can see if they are thinking correctly, clearly and safely before they make a maneuver. it will help minimize those frightening unexpected moments.
