StarCraft II is a sequel to the real-time strategy game StarCraft, announced on May 19, 2007, at the Blizzard Worldwide Invitational in Seoul, South Korea. StarCraft II is being developed for concurrent release on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Mac OS X. Though currently no release date has been given, it has been stated that development on the game began shortly after Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne back in 2003 and that the game development is "very far along and already playable in multiplayer with all three races". The game will feature the Havok physics engine, allowing "debris [to] roll down a ramp", as well as improved 3D graphics. Its lead designer is Dustin Browder.

They arent extinct, Duran is even working for them. a large some was destroyed in a ship by the zergs but the Xel'naga is pretty much alive. how can a race that thrived for thousands of years be just extinct from one att of zergs? im pretty sure they can wipe out a planet like nothing, just like the tower the protoss used.

usually blizzard makes specs of their games playable on relatively old computers (3 years or so old) so i think just about anything that new, should have no problem playing it

O_o, did u not play the campaign? theres this one campaign where it reveals that the xel'naga are trying to fuse the zergs and protoss and Duran is in charge of it. Duran used to be under the overmind's control.
