this guy is not a medical doctor and has no business given others medical advice. i am sure he his a great personal trainer who is an expert on proper weight lifting technique. however people like him should not be permitted to give medical advice or evaluate peoples physical condition. i know that the high costs of health care and general attitudes of many doctors have forced a lot of people to seek others sources, but lets get reel this guy is an excellent salesman thats it.

Hey jmonza, why would you spam dozens of Pauls videos with the same exact response. Paul has rehabilitated some of the most badly injured extreme athletes in the world. Remember these are people who the medical system you so value turned away. Do your homework before casting your negativity so quickly.

Paul teaches human and planet ecology! I don't know of many doctors that know much about either or their relationship to health and disease. The definition of Doctor is Teacher. So my friend, by definition Paul is more of a "doctor" than many so called "Doctors" because he actually does TEACH and empower people to take control of their health. His teachings don't involve medications or medical procedures so comparing his work with a medical doctor's work is like comparing apples to pears.

Nobody should give authority to another's advice without testing it for truth first by experience. M.D.'s are often no more qualified than lawyers to give medical advice. They are responsible for much disease and death and they are excellent at selling pharmaceuticals!

i am also a former college lacrosse player and spent lot of time in the weight room. so i have a good understand of your background.i am interested in your personal athletic brackground. you look like your fit. however in triathlons i have seen many fat guys do alot better big buff dudes.you get the point! i have studie posturology and other natural practices and understand their value, however they are only a peace in the equation to good health. if you answer my questions i will apologiz.
