If you believe we possess the inherent right to torture, what makes you believe that we could ever utter a single peep about others torturing our servicemembers, or worse, citizens. As a combat veteran of several foreign soil wars, I advocate for the COMPLETE abiding of the Geneva Conventions, and the United States Constitution [you know, that one thing that is supreme law and all; maybe you've heard of it].

Yeah, the Supreme Court has NEVER been brought into legal cases involving Bush policy. The Supreme Court, filled with Republican appointees, has never bitch-slapped Bush and made them turn to their lapdogs in Congress to change law because they were found in violation of the aforementioned. Yeah, that has never happened.
