I totally agree, if they were contemporary, the only 2 that would still be in the group would be the stunningly beautiful woman and the good looking lead singer. The other guys probably wouldnt make the look for the group and never get a chance to sing. Its more important now that someone look good and the singing is secondary, thats probably why the music is nowhere as good as this.Would Buddy Holly or Mama Cass or Jim Croce have a snowball chance in hell of getting a contract?
