What I mean to get across is that some people do not care about philosophy, art, science. Simple people. Religion is good in many ways, and bad in many other ways too. It is bad when there becomes a combination of fanatics and extremists. Perhaps this is why many intelligent people in the world prefer the social sciences and economics over philosophy. Philosophy still has its place, and we owe a lot to it, but we should pay attention to the things begot by pohilsophy as well.

What I'm saying is that there are some people, and here a large majority, who are against such 'nitpicking', I'm being rather cryptic but I agree that things should be looked at for what they are, and you should understand that I don't have a talent for summing up things unless I'm given a space which is to be filled by 2000 words.

There is a difference between short answers and occam's razor. Occam's razor is the principle that a fact should be backed up by fewest possible assumptions. Not all truth is simple.
