To Whom it may Concern..

"Nothing is to be feared but fear itself." - Francis Bacon
I know a lot of people are going to get really riled up by this but it's what happened and I'm telling it because I think it's the right thing to do and I think travelers (especially youtubian travelers) should know and be prepared for the possibility of what happened to me happening to them also if they are thinking of traveling to the states in today's world.
Judging alone by the tons of mails I have received from travelers all over the globe since telling me stories that in some cases are much worse then my own, it is clear to me this is not some freak isolated incident. And that is sad. I realize Homeland Security have an important job to do. All I ask.. and I think you should ask.. is that they DO that job thoroughly and with respect to their fellow human beings. The two officers that dealt with me did not. This is mostly about those officers.. NOT America. I'm not anti-american. I am anti-idiocy. My case needs to be reviewed and looked over by Homeland Security. I will not give up until this happens.
Some super happy US travel tips by Dan:
- Memorize phone numbers of loved ones.
- Keep your e-mails censored from all forms of joking, sarcasm or riddles at least 12 months before travel. If someone mails you with any of the above delete them immediately.
- Make sure you have "permanant ties" to your nation before you leave it. Find out and be sure of what a "permanent tie" is and is not before departure.
- Do not film squat toilets in Japanese airports just because you think they look funny. This is considered odd behavior.
- Leave your laptop at home.
- Be aware that if you are meeting someone while in the US you've never met before in real life and have only known through other means (such as telephone, email & You Tube) this is considered highly suspicious and it will be deemed that you "do not know" the person and they are "not your friend" if you have not actually physically met them before.
- Bring more then one copy of your ATM receipts proving your bank account balance.. one may get "lost" unexpectedly.
- Do not wear pants on the plane that require a belt to hold them up..

What the I94W form looks like. You must fill this form out upon entering the US.

*Pay particular attention to the "waiver of rights" section

If you'd like to show your support or just have an opinion on the issue. Please post a video response to this video rather then the AustrALIEN one. I'd appreciate it a lot. Something needs to be done about this.

@fred0245 Yeah, I guess that's how you want to see it. I guess if you had been in his shoes you'd have no problem taking the whole matter with a grain of salt.

@Lavenderrose73 - Grain of salt? Probably not. No one enjoys a loss, and he lost his trip, but I wouldn't spend so much time on being a victim.
There are 300 countries on the planet where he can go.

Before you open your stupid mouth, you should have read all of MrGilbert's posts. He's a Anti-American , he HATES America and you just helped him, you moron. So, are do you also hate America??? Read his posts, then make a comment.
@DawnsNighmare I ... ( 7 months ago by Lavenderrose73)
@DawnsNighmare I don't have a problem with MY homeland, I have a problem with Homeland Security officers who think they can treat well-intending international neighbors who just want to come and visit. I have a problem with Arrogance, not my country, and MrGilbert didn't appear to either. So have yourself a nice day!
This DawnsNightmare ... ( 7 months ago by Lavenderrose73)
This DawnsNightmare claims that you're anti-American, but I believe that's a bit outlandish, since I don't remember you saying anything hateful (although the thing about harassing on the border may have been out of line by both of us; I'm just really peeved H.S. so I said more than I should have), I just thought I'd ask you to clarify your thoughts to both of us if you would.
Oh yeah, that's ... ( 7 months ago by Lavenderrose73)
Oh yeah, that's right. You're shooting off a really hateful potty mouth, but MrGibert's the one with the really big issue here!
And MrGibert, that MAY have been more that should be said, especially after the 911 incident. After we were attacked like that one COULD take that personally, especially if they lost loved ones or were otherwise adversely affected that day.
I STILL THINK Homeland Security needs to get over themselves!

FOR ALL WHO ARE CONCERNED ABOUT MY PAST COMMENTS: I'm not trying to bad mouth my country, sincerely. It's just that cases like this one where people in authority act very unethically can be very disillusioning to me. And it's not B.S. I have a lifetime friend in the Navy Reserves I spoke of this to and expressed my concern that many people don't believe it's true. He'd told me HE believes this because of the crap he'd seen himself. I wouldn't appreciate my own family member mistreating a guest.

Daniel is a crybaby, and you're defending him. My guess is that you know what it's like to have a prick up your asshole.
Daniel was found inadmissible. Now's he's dramatizing what happened to him rather than accepting responsibility for it.

For a person who lives in England, your English is horrible. I'll rewrite your sentence for you.
Here is how to say it correctly: "That's sad that Americans hit the skids big time. Won't be long until they are under marital law. Bush fucked that country up."
Martial law is the imposition of military rule by military authorities over designated region(s) on an emergency basis. Not "marshall law."
Hope this helps.

@MrGibert0 Well thats totally fair... Its not all the "North Americans" that are doing this, Thats half the problem... If I could I would stick this situation right in Obama's face, its wrong to just turn someone back with out giving them the chance to FULLY explain and give REASON for their purpose of entering the country, but they can and will do it.

@MrGibert0 Wake up Mr. Bozo. The Visa Waiver Program has been around since 1988, and anyone who seeks admission under the VWP waives their right to an appeal. Did you just wake up? The same process that all you sissies are protesting has been around for 22 years.
Time to end your comas. Unless this inadmissible alien was personally invited to the U.S. by the U.S.government, it was his idea to seek permission to enter. That permission was not granted. That was the risk he took.

Those countries that are signatory to the VWP have the same rules when aliens seek admission into those nations. That's the deal. People seek admission at their own risk.

Mr. Sissy to you, and the existence of a certain system does not make that system correct. It should be perfectly obvious to anyone who examines the process of the law these days that legality is a formality when it comes to political expedience.

@fred0245 - Oh, and being insulting by suggesting people wake up from comas or call them sissies (I'm quite proud to be a sissy, if the alternative is some testosterone monster) undercuts any point you may be trying to make.
@Timmybear Anyone ... ( 4 months ago by fred0245)
@Timmybear Anyone entering the US as a Visa Waiver entrant agrees, by signing a legally binding document, to waive all due process rights in removal (deportation) proceedings should they violate their status while in the United States. This amounts to agreeing to summary deportation if they break immigration law...and, it works if they are caught. Detention, no bond, no hearings, no appeals, quick removal. Its the way most Americans believe the deportation system should work in all cases.
That is inexcusable ... ( 3 weeks ago by DjRadioIbles)
That is inexcusable. I would suggest you sue but since you aren't a citizen you can't, so I'd recommend lodging a complaint at your US embassy over in Australia.
