He's seems to be getting more popular as he ages. I was reading in the Winnipeg Free Press, the last time he was in Winnipeg he played a theatre. His next concert in April, he's playing the arena. I think maybe Canadians are realizing they've been taking him for granted.
The one thing I've always appreciated about Gordon Lightfoot, is, unlike 95% of Canadian entertainers who make it big, he hasn't moved South. He still lives here. He hasn't abandoned his country, like Neil Young, for eg, has.
