A cat, being chased by Spike, finds a gadget that lets him throw his voice and has great fun tricking the overly gullible dog into looking for him in a variety of dangerous spots, many of which seem to include dynamite.

No matter how old I get.....I laugh at Tex Avery's cartoons the same way I did as a kid. Simply ahead of his time. I'm glad he left the more "family" oriented Disney or else we'd have never seen such masterpieces as this.

I didn't see anything about Avery ever working at Disney. He did, however, direct the other animation studios away from Disney-type "entertainment" with his maniacal sense of humor and particular works.
