While I disagree with "Fuck Peter Green", calm the fuck down. Peter Green and Fleetwood Mac's version was good, and this version's also pretty damn good. Done by 2 different bands, in 2 different styles.
Also, who cares if he's gay? He's one fucking hell of a vocalist. I don't see how his sexuality should change how you enjoy their music. I'm straight by the way.

Let's see," Priest has a lot great songs" and "don't know a shit". Extremely intelligent. I also suspect that you counted Peter Green's "one song" on your middle finger. So let's start to name some others that Peter wrote, such as Man of the World, Need Your Love so Bad, Albatross, Oh Well, and for a bit of a name drop a little known song titled Black Magic Woman. JP are at least third behind Black Sabbath, AC/DC, Metallica, and let's throw in Led Zeppelin just for some more intelligent debate.

Well, AC/DC is not even metal.
Metallica is trash metal (they would not exist without Jp), Sabbath is the fathers of metal, but that doesn´t mean you have to be the best. Zeppelin arn´t metal either, more rock/hardrock. Priest revolutioned metal and created a new, more heavy sound(Heavy Metal).
In my oppinion the real Gods of Metal is Judas Priest, and they usally is called for "Metal Gods" too. But all of that bands are great.

Fail, Led Zeppelin is the most over rated band in the world. THey're all shit musicians. Both Lars and James of metallica have said that their favourite bands are James:JUdas Priest and Iron Maiden, Lars:Judas Priest and Motor Head Metallica would be nothing if it weren't for priest. three AC/DC is blues rock, not metal. Black sabbath, granted better. THey invented metal after all. Fleetwood mac sucks. Every song sucks, including the original of this one. "tell me lies"

OK, just to stir this up some more, I caught about 15 minutes of a VH-1 Top 10 Metal List on the tube. I went on their web site and got this:
1. Metallica
2. AC/DC
3. Iron Maiden
4. Black Sabbath
5. Judas Priest
6. Ozzy Solo
7. Kiss
8. Dio
9. Motely Crue
10.Poison
What do you think? I can't get Poison as #10 at all. Ozzy Solo and BS separate? Rather see Guns and Roses or Quiet Riot or Pantera.

Why do you feel that Jimmy Page is a shit musician? Ever hear him live? He's not Hendrix or Clapton but not a bad third. As for FM. They do suck now, but did not in the beginning when they were an all English Blues Band.

Yes I have seen him live, I've seen live clips from all over his career from early days up until now, and he's always been sloppy, hitting dead notes and things. Not to mention the actual "solos" of his are pretty crappy. The solos being crappy ofcourse is just my opinion, but a sloppy player is just fact unfortunately. But I should change what I said, with the exception of their drummer their all shit musicians. That guy could really play.

I agree that posion should not be on the list at all. Neither should ozzy's solo act. His solo stuff is very over rated, If I hear crazy train one more time I'll kill a school of orphans lol. Ozzy's got good songs, like bark at the moon and mr crowly. But theres like 1 to 3 songs max off every album that are actually rememberable

yeah (this is my other youtube account) Dio is far under rated. I saw him live twice with sabbath and I'm sorry to the ozzy fans, but he's a way better singer. Even the dio sabbath songs are better. Heaven and Hell beats Paranoid anyday. Mob Rules beats War pigs any day, and If I hear Iron Man once more I'll shoot myself lol
