its because nobody can say anything negative, beautiful music and lyrics, seems a funny,amusing, nice guy himself. i think even if people dont like his music they have no room to say anything coz they know atleast its real unlike half of shite comin out nowadays!

Well yeah except he's a million times warmer, more charming and less pretentious than Morrisey. I'm a Mozza fan but come on, Dylan Moran is hilarious so it mediates his 100 per cent cynicism on everything. But Mozza? Na, maybe we do just go through phases but I'm not really interested in much of his solo stuff these days or before. On the other hand, Hawley is majestically beautiful (on record of course, clearly he has his Roger's Profanasaurus under his arm at gigs!)
