ive played both the xbox and ps3, they are good consoles, but the ps3 live is trash. my friend constantly loses his connection. and the only good games for ps3 are really metal gear solid 4 and i guess Lair isnt that bad. But like everyone says, the ps3 live doesnt have any special features except to surf the web... wel mostly youtube. and thats it. and yes the xbox does have problems. but microsoft can fix them if they tried.

How has Blu-Ray failed? It is slow, expensive and the quality isn't that much better than up-converting DVD players. They take much more time to load than DVDs, and have bad fast forward/rewind.
Up-converting DVD player-100 bucks.
Blu-Ray player-250 to 400 bucks, 10 percent better quality than an up-converting DVD player.

First-The 360 may not have outsold the PS3 in Japan, or Europe, but the Wii certainly has.

Third-PSN does not have the breadth of features that XBL has, that is why it is free.
The 360 has, in addition to Halo, GTA IV (didn't GTA use to be a PS exclusive...cause not anymore,) and GoW. You PS3 gamers can keep Killzone 2 (the first did suck, I've played it,) and your Resistance. I played Resistance too, when I did a review of the PS3.

Blu-Ray is a dead technology because of the expense of the players, the inefficiency of the players, and the terrible fast forward/reverse that is evident on even the cheapest DVD player. For 100 dollars I can buy an upconverting DVD player that gives me 90 percent of the quality of Blu-Ray. That extra ten percent that Blu-Ray gives is not worth 150 to 300 extra dollars. It's difficult to see the difference side by side, up-converting DVD player and Blu-Ray.
Deal with it.

Third-PSN lacks several features that are central to XBL such as friends lists, unless of course Sony gave you friends lists in the past few weeks...and that is why the PSN is free.
The 360 has more and better exclusives than the PS3. KZ2? Terrible. RFOM? That got an 8, ie an "Okay." Halo 3? 9. GOW2? 9.25. GTA IV? 9.

um lol the ps3 has had a friends list for as long as ive had mine and if yur gnna try n act liek u know something then maybe firts you should find out which games r exclusive to the xbox only becuz i have GTA4 for the playstation so its not an xbox exclusive n Resistance 2 is a good game n KZ2 how do u even know if it suxs its not even out yet? Wii doesn't count as a console unless your five, The PS3 took a diffrent angle all console war vets can stop with the threats to PS3 it is no longer a game system, It is a home entertainment system so if you want bitch about the system buy a 360 like I did. Now I have both I have 360 for games and PS3 for Lifestyle shit.

I'm all PS3. Xbox 360 has failed on me to many times to deal with the RROD. I can't stand to get up in the morning, turn on my 360 then get the RROD. Xbox let me down, and now I'm a proud owner of a Wii and PS3. Nether have broken on me, I've been through 6 Xbox's. I don't plan on ever getting And Xbox or any hardware from Microsoft anytime soon.

I have a ps3 and i like it because it is something that i personally wanted one. Alot of 360 fanboys will never just stfu because they are on the winning side of a worthless console war. WHO THE FUCK GIVES A FLYING FUCK!?! I, personally, can't afford the 360 ($200 for what? game, controller and console and 256MB). PS3, all that i need is in one item. Now, seriously, who the hell actually believes in this video? It's based on the PS3's launch in Nov 2006. We all know that developers like Blu-ray. We already know that the PS3 has had more games this year than 360. We know the Phil Harrison interview at the end is fake. And we know that PS3 online is very much enjoyable with no "loops" at all.
