It's loaned out to the government, public and banks AT INTEREST, putting an immediate debt attached to the dollar thats loaned out? nd where does the money to pay the debt come from? It can only come from the bank again, nd that money is also loaned out at interest.
Its not hard figure out that
this system can only lead to enslavement of the people for they can never escape from the self generating loans.
