Bill Clinton, on the other hand, used it while holding public office. He may still be using it, which explains his explosive bizarre behavior. Given the bungling of the Bush administration, and the state of the economy, the Democratic candidate should be so far ahead in the polls that staffers at the RNC should be leaving suicide notes on their desks by now. But eerily, that is not even close to happening. Enter McCain with an admittedly high risk pick. His base is electrified...truly excited. My take: McCain's to loose. Palin a net plus for the ticket. Ummm, I guess you don't get it. The media tried to make a big deal out of a DUI by Todd Palin in his youth. One of their great heroes is Ted Kennedy, the drunk who left a girl to die in an air pocket as he ran away to figure out how to save his political career. There is a difference. She could have easily been saved had he gotten help.
