It's actually not as hard as it looks. A few parts are just psychological. (EG, a wall of bullets appears and splits apart about halfway down the screen, with plenty of time to move) But it's still REALLY hard, considering one hit is fatal, but it's not nigh-impossible.

I downloaded the game and play the last boss on Ultra + Very Hard... It was unbelievable :S
I used save state A LOT!!! I came to when he had 25% HP left then it's just insane -.-
Every time you die or use a bomb he uses that damn shield -.-

Confirming this. Attacks are easy, but final attack is... near-impossible. Only Daifukkatsu Hibachi 1.5's final attack can rival that one.
