i nearly crapped when the penguins took off, i though woah they can jump just a little like chickens? then they took off it caught me off guard, awesome ad! wonder if it was made with open source software? or atleast on linux os with proprietary applications?

lol...you might want to read what you type...lol...you are right you have to be open minded to use linux...and google is your best friend...but any ways...I just put ubuntu on my laptop and has been messing with it for a couple of days now...so far i like it i got it to look really cool...now if only i can figure out how to get wine to work right then i'll be able to actually do stuff...

Beautiful... but did you pay the BBC for the right to use their footage? If not, this should be removed from YouTube immediately! I can see the size was cropped to skip the BBC logo. If you actually bought the footage you wouldn't need to crop the size. So buy it or skip it.

You know, changing over from Windows to Linux really did feel like that to me. Kind of like I've always been working with my hands tied behind my back with Windows and now I can finally do all kinds of cool things that were previously impossible or impractical.

I mainly use Ubuntu but I've also played around with Debian and Kubuntu. Plan to dual boot either SUSE or Free BSD next.
