Houses aren't overpriced, you are just lazy. If you are working less than 60 hours a week, it means you are part of the nouveau leisure elite. Stop complaining about 'high prices' & get yourself another job!
We are currently experiencing the STR 'bear trap' phase of the housing cycle (the predictable dip in prices before the REAL boom starts).
Even when house prices are falling, they are still rising. Get another job, you lazy BTL wannabe!

ACORN and Obama and Soros want to create an environment where everyone keeps the houses they live in without paying for them.
Imagine trying to repossess a half million or more homes during economic turmoil?
This is what happened in Russia in the 90s.
Now, everyone in Russia owns outright the house the government owned.
Obama wants a war or the SERIOUS threat of a race war.
And this way the "poor" will threaten to riot unless they get to keep their "home" as reparations.

The second version of the bail-out included millions for ACORN + LA RAZA, and those who took out mortgages with Countrywide. These
low-income minorities and illegals will basically be getting sweetheart deals that they don't deserve. Too many greedbags amongst us want the American Dream without earning it. It's unfair to those of us who had to work and SAVE for years, provide documents validating our incomes, so we could put 20% down on a 30 year mortgage.

Instead of singling out low-income "minorities" and illegals, maybe you should be less offensive and more conclusive with your statements by condemning "all" segments of our society who were irresponsible with mortgage lending and borrowing.
Isn't that more accurate to say than to place the problems/defects of a global monetary system on an inconsequential amount of people?
