Do you see this? 3 guitars, one drummer, no electronics, no light show, no computer-generated bullshit, just incredibly amazing Rock-n-Roll the way it is SUPPOSED to be! I tell my kids about his stuff, and I just get that "deer in the headlight" look.......sheesh.

I could say it's 'cause the crowd is really enjoyin' the show, but truth is, it was edited that way. If you can find the original, unedited version of the Royal Albert Hall concert, you'll notice the crowd is mostly quiet durin' the songs, but they still applaude heavily when each song is concluded.

you got to understand this shit came out (ccr) when no body had heard a good southern type band with this beat and style/sound, and be sure they were listening to something totally different, and then then when they heard this, they were either hooked or had no clue, this is some bad shit felllas

Yeah, they broke ... ( 1 day ago by richwiz2)
Yeah, they broke the mold; and everybody thought they crawled out of the swamps of Lousiana when, in fact, they came from Northern Cal. Unclassifiable; so someone started calling it, "swamp rock". One of the greatest bands of the 60's/70's and John Fogerty is still "rockin' all over the world"
