My first mix with the Lemur

Just got my lemur, this is my third time playing with it, so be nice ;) I'm using Ableton Live on a MacBook Pro. Made the interface on the lemur myself, took me about 40 mins. The interface has crossfader, cliplaunching, precise tempo control with metronome and tap etc etc.

I'm using Reason right now, but interested in picking up Ableton Live- how'd you do that stutter/braking effect when you hit the upper right hand toggle switch? Is it something that Ableton can do w/o the Lemur?

It's a standard Live effect: "Beat Repeat", which you can configure as you like.
None of the things i do here can't be done without the Lemur, it's just a fabulous MIDI controller.

Hm.. Once you get the hang of the JazzEditor software and Ableton Live's very easy MIDI mapping, it's very straightforward, especially after the newly-released 2.0 update. There's a learning curve, but the hardest part is creativity, what you want to make with all the tools given to you.
