1 - at first, he had refused Hannibal Lecter's role, because it carry a risk... He fears to not measure up.
2 - he talks about the kiss with Gong Li, saying it wasn't unpleasant :D
3 - in the real life, Gaspard fears the blood ! But, it wasn't a problem during shooting because the "blood" had a raspberry's taste :)

Back in school, I always failed French. If I knew that I would be able to do this, I would have paid atteninon more. He said that blood makes him quesy, but it was something flavored. He said this kiss with Gong was enjoyable, something to that degree and so on.
