Yes. The neo-cons are taking away from the image of what a really democratic world government would be. Instead of the corporations, there should be federations and a consistent international law and human rights. All nations must adopt a new integralism of world-views, instead of the usual modernism, post-modernism (pluralistic flat-land in which every view is considered irrationaly, equal). The next level of consciousness is the integral one, 4 percent of the western people are integralists.

At least 10 percent of the western world's populace should be at the integral level of consciousness in order to start implementing a new wave of progress that transcends but includes democratic nation-states. The emergence of this new integral worldview is in many ways the evolutionary equivalent of the emergence of the modernist worldview during the period known as the Enlightenment of the 17th and 18th centuries. It will change the world more benignly than industrialism and modernism.

That administration scares the living daylights out of me (I'm German- the similarities to my countries history are far too close for comfort...)
But I have serious doubts about prosecutions.
Those people have made sure to deal with any potential loopholes- Immunity from the UN, the US-service members protection act aso make any action outside the US impossible.
And Obama will have to perform economic miracles instead of asking the right questions.
